Plus C Academy ("the Academy", "we") is an educational platform specializing in robotics and AI for students in Egypt. This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal data. These practices are explained to the parent or guardian during WhatsApp communication and enrollment before platform access is provided.

We collect: • Account data: Name, email address, and phone number. • Usage data: Completed tasks, points, progress, IP address, browser type, and pages visited. • Communication data: Messages received through WhatsApp or Messenger. • Student data: Approximate age, courses, and projects submitted for grading. • Payment data: Fee amount and payment time. We do not directly store card details.

We use data to deliver educational services and track progress, send course updates, improve the platform, answer inquiries, measure and attribute advertising campaigns, optimize delivery, create Meta and TikTok retargeting and lookalike audiences, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your data. We share limited data with: • Amazon Web Services (AWS): Hosting and storage. • Google: Sign-in and Google Analytics 4. • Meta: Communication, campaign measurement, matching, attribution, and optimization. • TikTok: Campaign measurement, matching, attribution, and optimization. Each party processes data under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not send quiz answers, personality reports, or student project content to advertising platforms.

The Academy serves students aged 10–16. Enrollment and these practices are reviewed with a parent or guardian before platform access is provided. Analytics and advertising-measurement tools may operate while the platform is used, but we do not send quiz answers, personality results, project content, date of birth, or gender to advertising platforms. If you believe a child provided data without your knowledge, contact info@plus-c.academy to stop future processing or request deletion.

We retain data while an account is active or as required by law. WhatsApp and Messenger conversation logs are summarized and automatically deleted each night. You may request account and data deletion at any time.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data, and object to unnecessary processing or ask us to stop it in the future. Email info@plus-c.academy; we aim to respond within 7 business days.

The site uses Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel and Conversions API, and TikTok Pixel and Events API. Data may include IP address, browser information, page URL, referrer, event and click identifiers, and Meta/TikTok cookies. We may normalize and SHA-256 hash email, phone number, and internal account ID before transmission. Hashing is a security measure, not complete anonymization, because platforms use those values for matching. To ask us to stop future delivery or delete data held by the Academy, contact info@plus-c.academy.

We use TLS, access controls, and periodic permission reviews. We may update this policy and will notify you of material changes by email or an in-platform notice.
